I would like a free 4 GB email account. That would be a really cool email addy to have. Thanks for a really cool website and keep the photos coming...
We're not at the point where we can do that yet, but I'll keep it in mind. We're going to need another year, and some money coming in before we can start setting up emails, though it's a good idea. MyName@hawaiiphotography.com would be great!

Keep em coming. We're in the middle of some serious web promotion right now. We should see some more traffic and members soon.
Mahalo!
I would like to see a IMP for equipment on your site somewhere for buyers and sellers. Nothing fancy but your site is getting to the point that people just starting out or people who want to upgrade their equipment can have a starting point and get a feel for the market. This can also be informational in many ways and maybe people want to start with a used camera to start up with and make learning a little easier.
The site seems to have a number of elements whose relevance to such a site, elude me. Alerts, friends..... what's their purpose fo the site?
Social networking?
education and fraternity?
Is there a political objective, a trades promotion objective?

is there a "help" section, explaining FAQs?
As this website grows, the main purposes will present themselves. It was originally started to allow photographers equal representation all in one place. Show your work how you want along with anyone else that wants to. We're hoping that someday this will be THE place to come if you're looking to find a photographer, as well as a place where amateurs can equally show work to family, friends, and the world.

We also hoped that photographers would network and have a place to find each other easily. So far, it's been pretty successful. Any other ways that this site can be helpful, we'll encourage. The Purpose: to be as useful a web presence as possible. There are no political objectives. That would really depend on what the users of this site want to use it for.

No help section yet. To be honest, we haven't had many questions yet. Most people ask them by starting a forum post, and most have been answered successfully. Thanks for your interest, Uncle Tim. If any elements elude you, don't use them. If no one uses them, they'll be removed. Mahalo!
Don't get worked up by Uncle Tim. He's old now. Grouchier by the minute. He does know how to make a picture...I'll give him that much. :)
I don't know man. Have you seen his pictures? Remind me never to go to a strip club with him... things get dangerous.
it doesn't have to be a strip club....with Uncle Tim, you could get in more trouble at the mall. :)
You guys crack me up! lol As far as Uncle Tim's pictures, I'll have to go check those out, lol.
Aloha Hawaii Web Group,
This may sound funny but I recently got busted for mispelling the word "Challenge" and yes,I was burning the midnight oil and should of caught that one, lol. I have seen on many forum where you can spell check your posts before publishing your blogs. I believe that this can be added fairly easy. Just an idea.Mahalo-Todd
I would like more exposure. I am happy to see that this website is one of the first Google search results for "hawaii photography"...which is the reason I found it and signed up. I appreciate what this site has to offer; I am a relatively new photographer and really am having a hard time finding time to market my stuff and get it out to the public. I hope this site will help get my name out there and help my photos to be seen and recognized by the public. :)
Not sure if this follows the spirit of the website, but for myself a Comments & Criticism sub-forum would be great. I envision a place where photogs can post pictures that can be critiqued by other members. It has always been the feedback from others that has helped me with my own technique.
