Congratulations Ken Fields!

Sounds great on the promotion idea, HWG. We have the same intention at http://www.hawaiiphotographers.us/ but I think it can be done better. They are on O'ahu but you may want to contact my friends, Steve Danztig and Stan Cox.

I may be moving to Maui in a year or so, and could use everyone's help if that happens.

Once we have some more Maui members, it'd be great if sometime before the summer we could all meet up and brainstorm some communal marketing approaches. Our island has a hell of a lot of photographers and if we were able to build up a group to help promote those involved at a small cost to each of us, it could be something worth tossing around. Right?

I submitted some photographs to the photo salon at the Maui County Fair. Received an honorable mention, third place and second place. There are hundreds of wonderful photographs....go check 'em out.
