Haleiwa is just 10-15 minutes from schofield, and pretty much anywhere on the North Shore is a great spot. I recommend, Haleiwa Beach Park, Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, 3 Tables, Sharks Cove...and if you do it on a weekday it will be much less crowded.
