Maui Whale Watching

The whales are on their way back to Maui, and the 1st sighting in Hawaii has already occurred!  These photos were taken on the Aikane x5 off the west coast of Maui, Hawaii.  We really like this vessel for whale watching in Maui because they limit their trips to no more than 12 people on the boat.  They also offer private trips too.  After having been on some of the cattle-ferry boats with over 100 people, we'll be using the Aikane from now on.  I hate fighting for room on a boat, especially when there's a particular spot to look at.

The Aikane x5 is a 62 foot catamaran with plenty of room, and warm staff, and an excellent price.
